Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your DHC-6 Trainer account and associated app data from inside the Android app or by contacting support from this page.

Request Deletion In The App

1. Open DHC-6 Trainer on your Android device.
2. Open Account.
3. Tap Request Account/Data Deletion.
4. Follow the email prompt so we can identify the account and confirm the request.

Request Deletion By Email

Email tj.aeronautical@outlook.com with the subject DHC-6 Trainer Account Deletion Request. Please include the email address used in the app and whether you want account deletion, training data deletion, or both.

What Will Be Deleted

• Firebase account identifiers for the DHC-6 Trainer account where applicable.
• Cloud-synced app profile, training progress, quiz results, app settings, and organization links associated with the account where applicable.
• Support records directly tied to the deletion request after they are no longer needed to complete or document the request.

What May Be Retained

• Google Play purchase, refund, tax, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legal records where retention is required.
• Aggregated, de-identified analytics that no longer identify your account.
• Records needed to complete the deletion request or protect the service from abuse.

Subscriptions

Deleting your DHC-6 Trainer account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play on your Android device or Google account.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required for security, fraud-prevention, legal, or billing reasons. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deletion.

If you cannot access the app, the email method above is enough to start the deletion request.
